The Regional Library of Vittoriosa which is situated at Triq il-Majjistral, Birgu is open for the public between 08:00 and 12:00 and from 13:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Thursday and between 14:00 and 20:00 on Friday during Winter. During the months of July, August and September the Regional Library is open from 8:00a.m to 1:00p.m from Monday to Friday.
